Summit Racing™ Engine Slings
Easily lift your engine with one of these Summit Racing™ engine slings. The nylon strap design prevents damage to valve covers, intakes, or any other engine accessory when lifting. The 24 in. straps allow the sling to clear most intake setups. Simply attach the four strap mounting tabs to the engine block and use a traditional engine hoist to safely support your engine during removal and installation.

Great value in my opinion.
.08″ wall steel tubing with strong straps. Not sure this would be good for a complete driveline because of the mounting geometry but excellent for newer engines with the plastic intake manifolds. easily cleared all that stuff when I pulled a fully assembled 5.3 LS.
Straps did not come with instructions but was easy to figure out.

Great asset to any garage
Pulled a 426 hemi with it and was worried about the weight. After making sure the straps were routed correctly (pay attention) they never adjusted or slipped not once. Lifted it with no problem. Buy with confidence!

Great hoist straps
Picked this up to swing my CSB into my Jeep.
Well built and designed. The bar has little slots to keep the straps to the ends. It has the flexibility to hang from the sides of the heads or the ends.
Worked well with my hoist.
My only complaint is there were no directions for assembly. Its not terribly difficult to figure out, but if you do not feed the straps thru the buckles correctly, they slip in the buckle. I figured it out on the second try. After that, plenty of adjustability- lengthen and shorten to tilt if you need. Happy with the purchase.
