Looks great!
Looks great, powder coat finish will hold up to years of use. Red lettering even holds up to light solvent use for easy cleaning. Valve covers and timing cover fit well, seal well. Great upgrade for factory valve covers that are warped or paint coming off. Can’t go wrong with the flat black.
Only 1 issue: The air cleaner will not fit on an edelbrock carb with electric choke unless you use a 1/2″ spacer and longer stud. But that is because it’s a low-profile air cleaner designed to fit a car with low hood clearance. In my 78 Chevy pickup, hood clearance is a non-issue.

the detail is great. bow ties everywhere.
the only issue was the crank seal in the timing cover leaked. maybe it was just mine, I replaced it and it’s good now. you may not even install the timing cover due to the amount of work required and you can’t even see the logo on it because of your water pump.

Great looking dress up kit
The flat black looked so good i decided to spray my block a flat black to match the dress up kit. Great looking kit, and Buy Auto Spare Parts Online never disappoints with shipping and price. I live by the ocean, and the chrome dress up kits would always rust. Not black. Cant go wrong with flat black.
